What is Artistic Swimming?

Formerly known as synchronized swimming, artistic swimming is an Olympic sport which combines swimming, dance, and gymnastics. Swimmers perform routines – solos, duets, trios and teams – consisting of elaborate moves in the water, accompanied by music.

Is Artistic Swimming right for you?

If you love the water and creativity, you will love artistic swimming. Our clubs provide introductory lessons for children, tweens, teens and adults. Aside from the technical sport skills learned, there are many benefits to artistic swimming including:

Teamwork   •   Leadership   •   Creativity   •   Fun   •   Friendship   •   Fitness   •   Performance   •   Respect   •   Health   •   Commitment   •   Confidence   •   Life Skills

Today, we remember all who served in past conflicts, with bravery and honour. They were ordinary Canadians who made extraordinary sacrifices for us all. We also honour those who currently serve to protect our shared freedoms. In Flanders fields the poppies blowBetween the crosses, row on row, That mark our place; and in the sky The larks, still bravely singing, flyScarce heard amid the guns below. We are the Dead. Short days agoWe lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow, Loved and were loved, and now we lie, In Flanders fields.Take up our quarrel with the foe:To you from failing hands we throw The torch; be yours to hold it high. If ye break faith with us who dieWe shall not sleep, though poppies grow In Flanders fields.#wewillrememberthem #lestweforget #remembranceday ... See MoreSee Less
